  Schedule a Pickup

  Once your request is approved, our logistics partners will coordinate a convenient time to collect the mattress directly from your home at no extra cost.

  Quality Inspection

  After collection, our team will perform a brief inspection of the returned item to ensure it is in a hygienic and donor-ready condition.

  Receive Your Refund

  Following a successful inspection, we will process your full refund back to your original payment method within 7 to 14 business days.
